The mixture of laurel and olive oil is what gives it its noble color and especially its smell.
Made using the ancient technique of the famous Aleppo soaps. It falls apart into small pieces, and is recompressed again by kneading it by using humid steam, finally it is allowed to dry.
This is the reason for its unique shape and color.
