Ripe, healthy, clean and dried fruit of the Capsicum annum or Capsicum longum pepper. It can be presented whole, stripped (peel) or roughly chopped. The paprika is obtained from its grinding. Currently we only sell ñoras from Spain and chorizo peppers from Peru.
