They are the healthy, clean and dried leaves and tops of Artemisia dracunculus. Plant of uncertain origin, it is found naturalized throughout southern Europe and in central Asia. Its aroma is slightly aniseed, with sweet and spicy tones. Widely used in French cuisine and to flavor vinegars. We only sell those from the European Union.
