Incense in grain (frankincense frankincense), known as the incense of the Bible. One of the offerings that the kings made to Jesus: gold, frankincense and myrrh.
It is a resinous gum from Somalia and Arabia.

1- We need a brazier with embers and ash. |

2 – We create a layer of ash of approximately 1 cm (it can be thicker or less depending on the strength of the embers). |

3- We place half a teaspoon of this incense on the ashes (we can use more or less incense until we obtain the desired intensity of smell). |
In this way we obtain the true fragrance of the incense since it will be consumed little by little.
This method can be used for any type of incense.
