The span>peppermintIt is used in gastronomy as a condiment to give its intense, fresh flavor and aroma to numerous preparations. With its stems and leaves, sauces are made as a garnish that accompany meat dishes, generally lamb.
· According to Annex II of EU Regulation No. 1169/2011, it is not an allergenic ingredient. It naturally contains, like other plants of the genus Allium, traces of the sulfite allergen (SO2).
