It combines wonderfully with meats, especially lamb, and gives a special flavor to cooked potatoes and other vegetables. It can be used both fresh and dry. A few sprigs of span>rosemaryit is ideal to flavor oils and vinegars and thus give a different touch to salads and dressings.
