Mix of spices of Indian-Pakistani origin; It has a greenish-brown color and a bitter, but intensely aromatic taste. It is used in the seasoning and marinating of any type of meat (poultry, pork, lamb, beef, etc.) which, in turn, colors them a soft yellow.
