HesariIt is a traditional dress worn by millions of women in the Indian subcontinent. It takes different names in the different Indian languages: in Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi, it is called sari ; in Kannada I’ll see; in telegú cheeraand in Tamilpodavai. It is a long, light silk canvas that is used as a dress according to the Indian subcontinent.
Bangladesh and other neighboring countries use it. Under the sari women have to put on a blouse and a short petticoat and insert one end of the sari at the waist and begin to wrap it around their body to wear the sari.
