It is the ripe fruit, desiccated and deprived of the external part of the pericarp of Piper nigrum; berry of about 3 mm, with a smooth surface and white color (once peeled). When splitting it gives off an intense and spicy aroma. Although there are different origins, currently we only market the one from Vietnam.
